This program requires special configuration settings if your Windows 7 / 8.1 / 10 is the Home edition.

The Windows application for Mercedes repair and maintenance information includes a description of all types of technical jobs, which are described in the manufacturer’s professional standards and used in most dealer service stations.
The WIS software contains a description of the technical specifications, the use of tools and supplies, as well as the time rules for performing a particular repair procedure, including illustrations that show the step-by-step process for replacing the defective item.

Windows  Home Edition  (7,8,8.1,10) may have compatibility issues. We do not recommend using these operating systems for installation of Mercedes EPC.
This program does not work without a network card.
